2025–2026 Season Tuition & Costumes
Tuition Policy
Tuition is required to secure and hold your dancer’s place in class and is non-refundable and non-transferable. No pro-rating or refunds are given for missed classes, vacations, holidays, or studio closures. Students are encouraged to attend make-up classes when available.
Please note:
- Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable
- A consistent enrollment is required to maintain class placement
- Dancers must remain in good financial standing to participate in class and performances
A $25 per dancer / $40 per family registration fee is due at the time of enrollment for the 2025–2026 season.
Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from September through June. All payments are due by the 10th of each month. Payments received after the 10th will incur a $10 late fee.
A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks or insufficient funds.
Accounts that are past due may result in the student being unable to participate in class until the balance is resolved. Any outstanding balance at the time of recital will result in ineligibility to participate in performances.
Families are responsible for full tuition regardless of attendance, including time missed due to travel, illness, or other activities.
Costume Policy
All recital costume payments are due in full by November 22nd. Costumes will not be ordered for any student with an outstanding balance on their account.
Costumes will be distributed once they are received from vendors, provided all tuition and costume fees are paid in full.
Please note:
- Tights are not included with costume fees and will be an additional cost
- Costumes are ordered based on dancer measurements, with growth considered
- Minor alterations may be required upon arrival and are the responsibility of the parent/guardian (examples include hemming, strap adjustments, or minor fit modifications)
Costume Pricing (Per Class)
Each class requires one costume unless otherwise noted.
- $70.00 – Extra Small Child to Medium Child sizes
- $80.00 – Large Child to Large Adult sizes
- $90.00 – Extra Large Adult sizes
All costume payments are due in full by November 22nd.
